THE POWER OF MIRRORING - Weekly Daytime Class

THE POWER OF MIRRORING is the signature workshop offered by live Michael Sherman every week in Northern California. It is an ongoing transformational learning experience focused on a communication technique that teaches us much about ourselves and leads to experiences of well-being and inner strength.  

Michael brings more than a decade on both coasts as a facilitator of this exciting healing work live.

The Connection is a wellness center right on the corner 4th and F in downtown Eureka. Owned and operated by HPRC (Humboldt Patient Resource Center - voted 2019 Humboldt's best cannabis dispensary), this big, beautiful and well-lit studio space is the home to numerous classes taught by Humboldt County's leading teachers. 

Sitting amongst the yoga, tai chi and zumba classes is a special weekly class that focuses on a communication practice that heals, teaches and transforms us into better listeners and better people. This class is The Power of Mirroring.

By attending THE POWER OF MIRRORING, you will learn:

* ways to get out of negative emotional reactivity in your life

* ideas to help you listen and receive others better no matter the situation

* how to access a sense of empowered wisdom from within

* how to find clarity about challenges in life and work

This year, 2020, there will be a special emphasis in using mirroring practice towards deepening our sense of self about the topics of work, money and power... in whatever ways that has meaning for us. We use the mirroring practice to learn.
