THE POWER OF MIRRORING - Monthly Evening Class

THE POWER OF MIRRORING is the core workshop that Michael teaches publicly and to his corporate wellness clients. At the Isis Healing Temple Center in Sunny Brae, California, in association with Wholistic Heartbeat magazine. The intimate setting of our workshop space is surrounded by rooms with practicing energy healers and massage therapists. In the safe energy of this space, we engage in a monthly "Mirroring Circle," where we informally come to ask questions about mirroring practice and how its teaching can help us in our relationships --- especially the one with ourselves. 

We learn the basics of mirroring communication practice, along with guided visualizations, lecture, interctive exercises and Q & A about anything to do with communication and our lives at home and at work. We do this that you may feel upliftment in your energy, relief in stress and with a deepening understanding of the patterns of our own reactivity that take us away from a deeper relationship with ourselves. 

We love having new people, and we love having returning students from Michael's other classes.
